Director of Training and Development
Lead and created strategy for the training and organizational development function. Generate business results by conducting analysis, developing and measuring programs to support company strategies. Direct reports include a team of 10 regional training managers and support staff.
  • Created the corporate university to develop organizational leadership. 50% of participants promoted.
  • Implemented an in house Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule, track and improve all new hire management training.
  • Co-produced model store program and accompanying playbook bringing consistency to the organization after 8 acquisitions of smaller competitors.
  • Co-developed a comprehensive Product Knowledge Manual (PKM) used in all stores. The PKM raised the level of customer service through introducing selling skills, tips and product knowledge.
